The diversity of Drillster employees is a tremendous asset. We are firmly committed to providing equal opportunities in all aspects of employment and will not tolerate any discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual preference or national origin, or any other group.

The aim of creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive place to work is also translated into the Drillster adaptive learning service. Learning should be efficient, fun, and accessible for every individual, regardless of who they are and where they are from. The Drillster learning app makes smart learning accessible to each and every one. This level of inclusivity enables people to prepare for a better future when using the Drillster way of learning.


We will create a better world when people can perform better as a result of knowledge and skills being anchored and retained. Drillster is used for both corporate and formal learning. For formal education, the learning app boosts the study results of children (K1-K12), students, and adult learners. The increasing pass rates build a better foundation for a good professional career. For corporate education, Drillster is used amongst employees in all layers of the organization. For new hires, blue and white-collar workers, people in all career stages, all ages, etc. The application makes sure everyone learns at their own level and pace, ultimately aligning knowledge levels among peers.


The adaptive learning technology provides each user the possibility to realize full proficiency on any learning topic. This creates equity. Where tests and exams sometimes provide a negative effect when the results are used to rank people as ’strong’ or ‘weak’ students/employees, the Drillster app ensures that we can all become competent. A fair principle.


Remote learning makes education accessible for people that would otherwise not be able to access good education. The methodology makes learning accessible for everyone in any situation. Also, some learners get personalized support to acquire the knowledge and skills they need to have access to better jobs and thus a better future. The read-aloud function for the visually impaired is a good example of how Drillster aims to be widely accessible.

Set the example

As an organization with +/- 50 people from 9 different nationalities, we show we value diversity. We believe in our methodology, its effectiveness, and continuous awareness – even if it doesn’t seem necessary. That is why we apply the methodology ourselves for our own organization. All employees keep their proficiency in business ethics, DEI and other important topics on point due to our own learning solution. We practice what we preach and learn from the content and the process while we do it.
