Back in high school, he developed the «idiom trainer», a program for learning words. Today he is co-founder and CTO of Drillster, the adaptive learning application for schools and companies with a learning challenge. Thomas Goossens talks about the origin of the idea for Drillster.

When you say Drillster, you say Arnoud, and vice versa. The Business Development Manager has been with Drillster for eight years. If he is not visiting customers or potential customers, he is on the phone with them. We got a chance to talk to him in between chats.

Tom van den Berge is a true veteran at Drillster. As an employee from day one (!) he is unique within the company. In 2021 he celebrated his 10-year anniversary with Drillster. We spoke to him about the start of the company ten years ago, the development that he and the organization have gone through, and what the next ten years will look like.
