By regularly delivering bite-sized learning prompts, critical information is retained longer, seamlessly integrating professional development into the daily workflow.

According to Alrijne’s Learning & Development consultants, the success lies primarily in the combination of urgency, relevance, and user experience. Topics that address an immediate need or a specific challenge have proven particularly well-suited for Drillster. Additionally, bridging the gap between formal and informal learning helps deeply embed knowledge within the organization for the long term.

Alrijne sees plenty of potential for the future. The hospital plans to further experiment with AI, expand its use of Question Crafter, and continue enriching its question banks.
