On Thursday 9 December, from 16:00 to 17:00 CET, we host a webinar with our partner Xprtise on how the 5 Moments of Need methodology complements the Drillster way of learning.
Did you know that the 5 Moments of Need methodology aligns perfectly with the way Drillster supports learning?
On Thursday 9 December, from 16:00 to 17:00 CET, we are hosting a webinar together with our partner Xprtise (opens in new tab), a specialist in workplace learning solutions. We will explain how the 5 Moments of Need methodology (opens in new tab) connects with the Drillster methodology.
Learning while doing
Xprtise is the expert when it comes to the 5 Moments of Need methodology. It focuses on the five moments in which employees have a learning need and how this can be used to improve performance. Learning becomes particularly effective when someone realises they are missing knowledge or skills and needs to close that gap. With the 5MoN methodology, employees can quickly look up the information they need at the exact moment it is required to do their job well.
Top of mind
Yet there is also knowledge that must stay top of mind. Think of safety protocols, how to act in emergency situations, and other time-critical information. Drillster helps employees learn and retain exactly that information and those skills so they can apply the right knowledge at the right moment — in an adaptive, smart, and efficient way.
Practical examples
During the session we will share practical examples from organisations such as Stedin, the Dutch Police, the Princess Máxima Center, and the Alrijne Care Group. They combine both methodologies for optimal learning impact and higher-performing employees. By using each methodology where it adds the most value, your people are prepared for whatever comes their way.
9 December 2021 now lies in the past. If you missed the webinar but would like to learn more about the 5MoN methodology in combination with Drillster, please contact us (opens in new tab). We are happy to help.
