Session: Certified yet not competent? Here is how to prevent incidents

A lack of readily available knowledge can cause serious issues. Upskilling, certification, and testing help keep knowledge up to date, yet in practice ticking boxes often outweighs knowledge retention. We investigated the extent to which employees have knowledge at their fingertips, the current state of (re)training, and the impact when knowledge levels slip. We will share the research findings and what you can do with them.
