Performance Journey Goes Dutch
On 9 and 10 May (2022) Xprtise (opens in new tab) hosts the event “Performance Journey Goes Dutch”.
Across these days you are immersed in a range of L&D topics: workplace learning, performance support, the 5 Moments of Need, learning analytics, and adaptive learning. Take part in presentations and workshops and connect with fellow L&D professionals from the Netherlands. Several international speakers will also take the stage, including Bob Mosher, Donald Clark, Elliott Masie, and Julian Stodd. The event takes place in Ermelo and you can register for a single workshop or presentation, the Tuesday programme, or the full three-day experience including accommodation and meals.
We'll walk through your specific challenges and show you how training can actually stick year-round.
Drillster will be there as well, showcasing a customer story with KLM Cargo. Each year, 3,000 KLM Cargo employees in the Netherlands attended face-to-face training followed by an exam to (re)certify for the compliance programme. It consumed time and budget, and it created stress for employees. Securing a checkmark became more important than retaining knowledge. With Drillster, cargo teams now learn continuously and keep their knowledge up to date. Knowledge is embedded, and KLM Cargo has eliminated the annual tests. The authorities were involved throughout the transition and are enthusiastic about the new approach to continuous compliance.
