On April 8th, Opal Group organized a virtual DEI Summit. The Virtual Summit was a gathering of Diversity, Equity, Equality, Inclusion, Belonging, Culture, Talent, and Human Resources practitioners. During these uncertain times, it’s important to create and maintain relationships with like-minded professionals, and the DEI Summit fostered these relationships – all from the safety and comfort of our homes or offices.
More than a moment
Together with our partner Xprtise, a specialist in workplace learning solutions, we had the privilege of giving a keynote speech. We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are the basis for prosperity and success in any organization. However, most organizations only pay attention to DEI-related topics periodically.
