Presentation: How to enable behavioral change through adaptive learning?
Drillster colleague Dominique Saint-Remy will host a presentation on May 19th at 16.30-15.50 hours at Theater N°4. The topic is: How to enable behavioral change through adaptive learning?
A one-off (classroom) training usually consists of simple information transferring. But how do you ensure that employees really master the theory, retain this knowledge and know how to apply this correctly now, and in the future?
Drillster offers an adaptive learning solution and created the “Framework for Behavioral Change”. With this framework, you can develop effective courses that cover all from theory and awareness to behavioral change. By creative use of ‘stories’, assessment-based modules and casuistry, employees efficiently learn how to apply knowledge in a context relevant to them.
During this presentation, we will show you how to use the framework to develop a course that will effectively develop and anchor knowledge and skills, to ultimately realize behavioral change.
