About Drillster

Drillster is a smart learning application that keeps critical knowledge, awareness, and skills top of mind, so employees can deliver top performance, using the right competencies at the right time. Our SaaS application is often integrated with HRM, LMS, Compliance, Communication and other systems. Our customers are typically large corporations and governments, such as: AirFrance KLM, Rabobank, World Book, Achmea, NS Dutch Railways, Partena and many other companies worldwide. Drillster is an ISO 27001 company. Within Drillster there is a lot of attention for inclusiveness, diversity and social development. There are now 9 nationalities working within the company (of +/- 27 employees). The internal working language is English.

What you will do?

  • Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, from platform setup and first content creation to training their teams and launching their first learning programs.
  • Support existing customers by resolving issues quickly and inspiring them to continuously expand and optimize their use of the Drillster app.
  • Answer questions about learning content creation, functional use of the app, or technical integration. via email, phone, or online channels.
  • Give (virtual) workshops on using Drillster and designing adaptive learning exercises (“drills“).
  • Proactively evaluate customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional use cases, licenses, and features.
  • Collaborate with the sales/commercial team to help convert discovered opportunities into real solutions.

What you bring

You…

  • ✔ Have 3–4 years of experience helping customers succeed with SaaS products or technical solutions.
  • ✔ Like (learning) technology, digital tools, and online education.
  • ✔ Are great at communicating, both written and verbal.
  • ✔ Speak English and Dutch at a native/professional level. Speaking and writing French at a professional level would be a big plus. .
  • ✔ Solve customer challenges fast, pragmatically, and with a smile.
  • ✔ Enjoy working in an ambitious, international environment with room to grow.
  • ✔ You’re curious, commercial, and not afraid to ask, “How else can we help you learn better?”
