Technical Implementation Manager
To expand our customer success team, we are looking for a technical implementation manager with a track record in managing technical implementations and integration of SaaS solutions.

Drillster serves clients such as: AirFrance KLM, Rabobank, World Book, Achmea, the Dutch Railways, Helan, PerrySport, Univé, and many others There is a lot of attention for work-life balance, inclusiveness, diversity, and social development. What you will do
Drillster is an adaptive learning application that leads to faster learning and better, year-round retention. Our SaaS application is often integrated with HRM, LMS, Compliance, Communication, and other systems. You will be responsible for:
- The technical implementation process of the integration of the Drillster learning app into the technical infrastructure of our customers and partners;
- Analysis of the customer needs and the validation of the integration design;
- Development and management of the implementation plan;
- Communication with our customers, their system providers, and our internal IT teams;
- Creating and updating documentation of the implemented customer solution.
What you bring
- Higher education or university degree in software development or equivalent work experience;
- A track record of 3+ years in technical implementations and project development for integration of SaaS solutions;
- Knowledge of and experience with SSO (Oauth, OpenID Connect, federated identity systems);
- Knowledge of and experience with widgets and REST APIs;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent command of the English language and preferably the Dutch language (other language skills are greatly appreciated);
