Drillster will exhibit at [Learning Technologies](https://www.learningtechnologiesfrance.com/welcome) 2020 in Paris – Porte de Versailles on 5 and 6 February. You are welcome to visit us at stand H22. We will share how personalized learning increases the value of your training programs, and how to anchor knowledge and skills so they last. #### How Air France transformed recurrent flight-safety exams

On 5 February, Franck Euzet, Cabin Risk Safety Analysis Manager at Air France, will present how the airline moved from an annual recurrent safety exam for cabin crew to an ongoing learning and training process powered by the Drillster app.

Flight safety training is an annual requirement. Air France implemented a revision program for its 15,000 cabin crew members to help them prepare for the yearly exam in an intelligent, efficient, and personalized way. Drillster also enables revision before knowledge decays, ensuring permanent, up-to-date mastery of flight safety topics.
